Please use and respect the following rules,I know,no one likes to read the rules,but I will try to be as fair as possible. If there is any failure to follow these rules, a punishment will be arranged, depending on the situation. We can ban/delete any accounts.
GENERAL RULES
1. No one can post their character untill their character is accepted by a staff member.
2. All staff members can accept their characters and other members characters.
3. If someone is being inappropriate PM Kallie or Savina we will see what can be done.
4. No cursing in the chatbox, and only minimul swearing is allowed in posts. THE F WORD WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
5. If you have problems with a member,message Kallie or Savina we will handle it.
6.Dont flood the forums with posts, make sure the posts are relevant to the board.
7. Please dont be rude, or insult anyone. if you havent got anything nice to say, dont say it.
8. Plese use proper spelling and punctuation,and if possible for you to remember,capitalization,but as long as you try to keep the other two up,i don't mind as much. (ms word doc. spell check helps this)
9. Only one account per person,and no cheating.
10. No RPing humans, they may be mentioned from history but not present.
11. Please post at least three sentences if possible, though a paragraph would be nice.
ATTENDANCE RULES
1. Please post in the vacations board or pm a staff member if you will be absent for a long period of time.
2. Please be as active as possible.
3. You must reply to the monthly Character Updates or your account will be deleted and your characters will be put up for adoption. (if you are a staff, your position will be removed.)
4. If you are on vacation then you will be exempted (saved) from the character updates.
WOLF RULES
1. Females choose whether or not a male can claim,or breed with their female,force breeding is allowed,but only if the females owner consents.
2.Please follow the character form when making a character
3. The password to the characters board is icytundra
4. Players may have unlimited wolves, but all must stay active
5. Only wolves 3+ years may breed
6. You must have a breeding post to have pups. It can be in the territory. Do not have it graphic please!
7. A wolf ages one year every three months.
8. Pups are allowed to be born a week after the breeding took place.
9. Pups can age up to a year within the first month they are born, from then on they age with everyone else.
10. ALL WOLVES AGE AT THE SAME TIME. (besides the first month of pups)
11. If the pup ages one year in the first month, the parents must also age a year. (the other pack members do not need to unless they would like to.
12. All wolves die at the age of 10. (its reality, its the wild but do not fear!!! you can still rp them!!)
13. Once a wolf dies they can reside in the graveyard. They cannot leave the graveyard, but they can sure mess with other animals minds when they decide to enter the graveyard!
14. We do not have Liquid Time:: meaning your character can only be in one thread at a time!

SEASONS AND AGING
Ok so here's the new seasons!!!
Instead of seasons we are going to have just a real life year divided up.
So every 3 real life months is equall to one year in Arctic Tundra.
January - March is one year April - June is another year July - September is the third year October - December is the last year.
Here's how the seasons work. Since this game is called arctic tundra it is in the arctic tundras ya know? Anyways so instead of having a summer it will be a spring that is warm and cold, like a spring and summer combined... sooo like spummer lol. So its pretty much like this.
January - spring Feb - Autumn March - Winter
then it starts over in the new year!!!
CHARACTERS, PACKS AND RANKINGS
From now one, everyone must put the following information in their signature.. I don't care if its small or not, but it's for everyones sake. lol. I get confused on who plays who when I'm not in that pack or whatever.
here is what your signature should look like...
List of characters you play and position (if we decided to do positons) and pack... EX::
[color=Blue]Wolf name, pack name, position. wolf name, pack name, postition.
and so on and so forth...
you can also do it in like a story form..

Also there is going to be set titles per pack, such as alpha, patroller, hunter, etc... This is a list of the pack positions. If you own a pack, please reply to my Pack records board with the list of the pack postitions, filled or not filled, then you can modify your post when they get filled...

Alpha (1 male) Alphaess (1 female) Beta Male (1 male) Beta Female (1 female) Gammas (2 max) Guardian (1 max) Sentinels (2 max) Lead Hunter (this position isn't required.. only if you want it to be in your pack roster.. 1 max) Hunters (unlimited) Patrollers (5 max) Scouts (this postitin isnt required, only if you want it to be and mostly only used in hard times like a war.. similar to spies... 5 max) Nanny (1 max... mostly always a female but can be a male) Subordinates (unlimited) Pups (pups born in pack... unlimitied) Omega (1)

Pack Ranks
Alpha (pair): The Alpha pair is the lead pair of a pack, they are the only one's who may accept members into a pack, and also are the only ones who can breed, unless permission is asked. If going agaisnt this, depending on who is leading the pack, pups may be killed..
Beta (pair): The Beta pair enforce the rules of the pack. If anyone is doing something wrong, they report it to the alpha pair. They must have great trust from the alphas to get this position.
Gamma (2 max): These wolves are mostly older wolves with much respect. Maybe a retired alpha, or something. They are like counsilors in a pack, the alphas even come to them for advise along with pups and others.
Guardian (1): In times of danger, the guardian wolf must protect and watch over the pups.
Sentinel (2 max): In times of danger, they patroll the pack borders, often teaming up with Patrollers and Scouts. They turn away from anything suspicious.
Lead Hunter (1): The job of the Lead Hunter is to lead hunts.
Hunters (unlimited): These guys can go off and hunt in the Hunting Grounds. If there is a lead hunter, they follow them. All the meals they find in the hunting grounds (like caribou and large prey) is to be brought back to the pack to feed everyone. They may catch their own meals too, like rabbits and such.. everyone can.
Scout (5 max): During hard times, these wolves are like spies. They go and check out another area without being seen, and report what they find out to the alphas.
Patroller (5 max): Patrollers patrol the borders of the territory. They may go into Unclaimed lands and find others needing a pack, then they must bring them directly to the alpha. They will most likely be the ones to first encounter newcomers, and always must bring them straight to the alphas.
Tutor (1): The pack Tutor has the task of training the pups of the pack past what they learn from mothers, it isn't required but it can be fun for others...
Nanny (1): The pack Nanny watches over pups when their parents are off fulfilling their duties. The nanny keeps them entertained by telling them stories, and playing with them.
Subordinate (unlimited): When most wolves are just accepted into a pack, they will be subordinates. Untill the alphas feel that they belong somewhere else, this is their position.
Pup (unlimited): Pups are the young of the pack.
Omega (1): This is the lowest ranking wolf. They are even below pups. To become this position, you mostly have to make a big mistake, or lose respect of the entire pack. They are picked on by everyone, and are fed only scraps. Its kind of like a scapegoat.
